RachTR chemicals is into development, manufacturing and sales of coatings and adhesives for construction industry and industrial applications.
Coatings and Adhesives touch our lives on a daily basis. Right from the glue used in school, to Paints in our houses. Unfortunately for India, most of these products currently being used were designed abroad for different surfaces, climates, & skill sets of the end users. And we Indians have to live with the consequences of such design flaws.
RachTR, since its inception in 2013, is on a Mission to eradicate this issue and design all coatings and adhesives for - Indian Conditions, Indian Surfaces and as per skill set of Indian end user.

There is a saying, you are just as good as your products. And at RachTR, this line is what everyone lives by.
RachTR has a 5 stage product development process starting from detailed requirement form covering customers' needs, issues faced currently, and applicators' handling expectations.
R&D at RachTR is aided by direct mentorship and guidance of Academic experts from IIT's and CSIR institutes.
With a cutting edge, self funded R&D set up, and a team of Challenge embracing Engineers from IIT's, and other reputed College from India, RachTR has been able to develop 55 products in last 5 years, which is being sold in more than 5 states and 21 cities across the India.
But development is one thing, and making the product Market ready is whole together different. The segment RachTR works in is not “try and test , and change” if one don’t like. After all, RachTR has to earn the trust and does not have the liberty of failing even once.
Manufacturing Facility
So far RachTR has its one Manufacturing unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan in the Industrial Area. The current installed production capacity is 250 Tonne per month. The production team comprises graduates from IITs, and Diploma holders. Every product is manufactured under supervision of these graduates, passes the tough specifications of the Quality check process, and then packed and shipped to end customers. Yes its checked first and then packed. As we do not take our Clients “trust” for granted. And hence we can assure the delivery of quality products years over years.
